2.10 Archived copy is preserved as long as LittleBIGJob Networks Inc. deems reasonably necessary for audit and record. If other people have had prior access to the personal information of the applicant from the Site LittleBIGJob Networks Inc. is not able to remove the information or copies on the their accounts or systems. Even after deleting the information of a candidate or closing an account, copies of that information may still be available elsewhere to the extent that such information has been shared with others, copied or stored by other users.
